We came at this from
inside the problem.
StrutFit was founded in 2017 in Auckland, New Zealand. Our CEO, Ang Nayyar, led technology at a footwear retailer before starting it, which means the returns problem we sell against is one he had to answer for himself first.
That’s nine years on one question: why do so many people buy a shoe online and send it back?
Four rules we hold ourselves to.
Every performance figure on this site is attributed to a customer who agreed to be named. If we can't name them, the number doesn't ship. It's why three of our four product pages currently carry no percentage at all.
A number without a control group is a coincidence. HOKA ran us for four months across EMEA against their own control before rolling out, and that's the standard we hold every deployment to.
Nobody in this category shows a price. We think that's a choice made for the vendor's benefit, not the buyer's, so ours is on the pricing page from $39 a month.
A shoe is a rigid shape around a load-bearing part of the body. Everything we built started from measuring feet properly, and grew outward from there into apparel, try-on and discovery.
From one foot scanner to four products.
StrutFit founded in Auckland, New Zealand, after nine years inside footwear retail technology.
Camera-based measurement of length and width, with instep height from a few questions, calibrated per last rather than per brand.
Try, Find and Footwear 3D & AR joined Size, all on one SDK and one shared shopper graph.
2.5 million shoppers served across 100+ countries, on Shopify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
